We are looking for skilled freelancers who would like to collaborate with us on upcoming projects.

At EY Doberman, we work at the intersection of strategy, design and technology. We help brands and organisations develop new digital products, improve customer experiences and create solutions that deliver real value for people and businesses.

Who we’re looking for
• You have at least 3–5 years of experience as a UX designer, service designer or in a similar role
• You are comfortable driving your own work forward and taking responsibility for deliverables
• You enjoy varied assignments and tackling new challenges
• You like collaborating closely with designers, developers, strategy consultants and clients
• You are skilled at turning insights into tangible concepts, services and experiences
• You can facilitate workshops, interviews and research activities when needed
• You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with clients and teams

It’s a plus if you
• Have experience from public-sector projects
• Have worked with complex digital services or large organisations
• Have experience spanning strategy, research and design throughout the development process
• Have a network or area of expertise that complements our existing capabilities
