We are looking for a Project Manager (mid-level) to join our Stockholm team. In this role you'll help us drive projects that deliver the digital products and brands that move hearts and markets. You’ll lead creative teams and clients through ambitious design and tech projects, making sure everything runs smoothly, while keeping our standard for quality sky-high.

We believe the combination of creativity, structure, and care makes great things possible. As Project Manager, you’ll be the steady hand and clear communicator who turns ambition into execution. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to build bold experiences for clients across industries.

In this role you will:

• Lead digital product and brand projects with clarity and structure
• Facilitate workshops, sprints and meetings that move work forward
• Own the practicalities, from budgeting and invoicing to planning and risk management
• Help shape proposals and identify new business opportunities
• Grow our client relationships and create the conditions for great collaboration

We think you have:

• 4+ years of experience leading digital product and brand/design-driven projects
• A coaching leadership style that brings out the best in others
• Strong communication skills; clear, proactive, and thoughtful
• A solid problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple work streams
• Experience managing clients, teams, and budgets
• A genuine care for both the work and the people delivering it
• Technical understanding of digital production and processes
