We are now looking for a Business Director to help us take the next step, manage and grow our portfolio of key accounts in Oslo. Our Oslo Studio has grown rapidly the last year, and are now looking for a key person to drive us towards new heights. The right person will play an pivotal role for us, and be a part of our leadership team and responsible for our sales and drive our growth initiatives.

We believe that a holistic understanding of business, technology, and design is at the center of what we do, and we are looking for a candidate with the experience and mindset that matches these capabilities. In this role you will:

• Act as a strategic advisor to key clients and accounts
• Pursue larger new business opportunities across the Nordics
• Building and activating your network of key stakeholders to match EY Doberman’s services with client needs
• Proactively promote EY Doberman on the market

We believe you have:

• A “punks not dead” entrepreneurial mindset and profound understanding of today’s agency landscape
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as a collaborative approach to developing long-term clients
• Solid experience in client development, leading and developing large accounts, and finding new clients and business opportunities
• Proven ability to drive sales and close deals
• Deep knowledge of design, branding, technology and digital product development
• A strong network of potential clients from your experience of working in the industry
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams in a brand, design and digital experience setting
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering brand, design and digital experience projects to clients
