New nordic leadership

Today, we’re happy to share some exciting news around our leadership at EY Doberman. Linnéa Becker and Behnam Farazollahi will take on the shared Nordic leadership of EY Doberman.

They will continue to lead our studios in Stockholm and Oslo, but now also steer EY Doberman's complete Nordic offering as Co-CEOs, with two studios working together as one. In addition, we're also launching a new global venture with the aim to serve our growing international client engagements. These global services will be headed up by Klara Leander, partner at EY Doberman.

– Our ambition has always been to combine the strength of our design studios to serve our clients with stellar capabilities on an international scale. Our new leadership set-up marks the next step in that mission, says Linnea Becker.

For 13 years, Linnéa has been one of the influential voices at Doberman, serving as a strategist, board member, and leader at EY Doberman. Behnam has a stunning legacy as the leader of Norway's most renowned design agencies, chairman of the Norwegian organization for visual communication, Grafill, and most importantly, the founder of EY Doberman's Oslo studio.

– EY Doberman has a 25-year heritage that few agencies can compare with. I’m so honored by the trust given to me, Linnea and Klara to continue that journey together with all of our crazy talented people, and I also want to send our big thanks to Elin Ankerblad, who is now handing over to us and leaving her role as Nordic leader at EY Doberman, says Behnam Farazollahi.
